Dapur Usada has developed its own unique food philosophy - IndoVedic Cuisine. Our food blends the ancient Indian medicinal wisdom of Ayurveda, with the Balinese knowledge of herbal medicine known as Usada. Our kitchen offers slow cooked vegetarian dishes, made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our Jamu's are the family recipes of our staff, rooted in the traditions of Ubud.

- The Jamu Class is held at the first floor of Dapur Usada restaurant on Jl. Sugriwa 4 in central Ubud. Bike parking is available. Note that car parking is only available at the south end of Sugriwa street, a 12 minute walk from the restaurant. Car drop off is available.

About Ubud
