Made with 100% Nayarit-grown agave and IPA-inspired fermentation, our tequilas bring bright citrus, floral notes, and real agave character to the glass. Men's Journal named Cachasol one of 2026's Best Small-Batch Tequilas and Best Everyday Tequilas, and this workshop gives you a hands-on look at how those flavors work with fresh ingredients. Many guests arrive for a class and end up staying for dessert, another drink at the Cachashade Bar, or a little more time at the farm while the kids play.

Sayulita is a small surf town on Mexico's Pacific coast in Nayarit, north of Puerto Vallarta, with a sandy bay, colourful streets and jungle-covered hills.

Sayulita sits on a small bay on the Riviera Nayarit, north-west of Puerto Vallarta, with green jungle hills rising behind the beach.
