The Bodmi Arena is centrally located in Grindelwald and a great place for locals and families. Our own beginners area offers the perfect set-up for lessons for beginners to intermediate skiers and snowboarders. A magic carpet and button lift are available to use with a valid ticket or ski pass. On Wednesday and Thursday evening you can ski and snowboard at night! There is more than just skiing and snowboarding at Bodmi Arena. Sledges are also available to rent, to use on our specialised slope next to the magic carpet! About Grindelwald

Grindelwald is an Alpine village in Switzerland's Bernese Oberland, below the Eiger's north face, a base for skiing and hiking in the Jungfrau region.

Grindelwald lies in a green valley beneath the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks, with the wall of the Eiger's north face rising almost directly above the village. Chalets with wooden balconies line the main street, cows with bells graze the meadows, and glaciers hang from the upper slopes. The village has been a base for climbers since the nineteenth century.
