Under the instruction of our grand masters, you’ll not only study the basic gestures of Tai Chi or Kung Fu forms, but also be inspired to understand the important oriental culture component- Taoism, Yin Yang , Qi (internal energy)and the essense of martial arts. In our Tai Chi class you will learn how to introduce “ qi” through Tai Chi movments,simple but useful methods that helps relief tension in our body and mind.
