Tropea is a clifftop town on Calabria's Tyrrhenian coast, with a church on a sea rock, white beaches below and views to the volcano of Stromboli.

Tropea perches on a sandstone cliff above the Tyrrhenian Sea, on the stretch of Calabrian coast known as the Costa degli Dei, the Coast of the Gods.
