Tokyo Sake Experience, for couple or group

Are you going to visit Japan and want to enjoy Japanese cuisine to the fullest? Sake is the most important drink in Japanese cuisine. It also has a very close relationship with Japanese culture. To know sake is to know Japan. With this course, your gastronomic journey will be much more interesting and profound! Let's discover the world of sake together! Mayu, the native sake sommelier of the culture, who lived and worked in Spain and author of the book "The World of Sake (Editorial Planeta 2023)", explains what sake is focused on how to enjoy it; -how to taste sake -combination with dishes, -operating temperature, -glasses and ceramics, -how to order and choose sake etc. You will also taste 6 types of different sakes and Japanese tapas.
