- We are located in the Condado Lagoon, across from the Playita Condado. Our office is located in Condominio Flamboyan, across the street of the Condado Plaza Hotel. Look for the sign Vip Adventures! There are multiple paid parking lots nearby available at Condado Plaza Hilton and La Marqueta.
