Ollantina cooks Jenny and Ruth have joined forces to teach Peruvian home cooking. Join one of these two teachers to prepare some of Peru’s most beloved dishes. The class begins with a quick tour of the colorful Ollantaytambo market where you'll learn all about local foods and how best to choose them.
