Admire the principal monuments such as the Duomo, the “Broletto” and the church of San Fedele. Walk and discover more hidden corners in the medieval part of the town. Sample high-quality extra virgin olive oil harvested in Lake Como and learn how it compares to one produced in Southern Italy. About Lake Como

Lake Como is a deep, Y-shaped lake in Lombardy, ringed by steep green mountains, pastel villages, ornate villas and terraced gardens.

Lake Como is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three arms that meet near Bellagio. At more than 400 metres deep, it is one of the deepest lakes in Europe, held between steep wooded slopes that rise towards the Alps. Villages with painted houses and small harbours stand along the water, and a network of ferries links them, making a boat the best way to see the shoreline.
