5Happily sharing and learning about country and culture in Walgun
Met with Delta on beautiful, Byron Bay day. Delta is really friendly, makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She communicated information clearly and passionately. The tea and bush food collection was really special. I learnt a lot and really enjoyed the tour
5Cape Byron Aboriginal tour, history and food
Delta was a fantastic guide and pitched the tour perfectly. We loved the walk, stories, history, family connection and it was really interesting to taste all the berries and fruit at the end of the tour.
5A truly meaningful and inspiring tour, highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience on the Aboriginal tour in Byron Bay with Delta. She shared so much knowledge and many fascinating stories, and we could have listened to her for hours. Delta answered all our questions and made everyone feel included. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. We also learned about traditional Aboriginal medicine and food, and even got to try bush tucker at the end. This tour was definitively a highlight we won’t forget.
5Terrific experience, thoroughly recommended
Loved this! Really interesting and informative, and fun too. We learn a lot about local Aboriginal life, past and present, and ended with a taste of bush tucker. Highly recommended.

About Byron Bay
Byron Bay is a relaxed coastal town in northern New South Wales, with surf beaches, a historic lighthouse and the easternmost point of mainland Australia.
Cape Byron, the easternmost point of mainland Australia, has a white lighthouse from 1901 and a walking track around the headland, where dolphins swim below and humpback whales pass offshore on their winter and spring migrations. The town has a long, gently curving beach, with surfers at The Pass and quieter sand at Wategos. Offshore, the Julian Rocks marine reserve draws divers to see turtles, rays and, in season, sharks.
Top-ranked sights in Byron Bay: Main Beach, Wategos Beach, Cape Byron Lighthouse.
