This Park represents the Ecosystem of the Mediterranean Forest, formed through millions of years of water shortage in Summer and Winter and heavy rains in Autumn and somewhat lower in Spring. The mixture of this type of Ecosystem along with the passage of the Tagus River, gives the park spectacular views and some species of Avifauna of great Ecological value.
