  1. The experience begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco or a coordinated meeting point. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with traditional Andean music and greeted by the Varayoc (community leader). Enjoy a cup of muna tea while introducing yourself and interacting with the hosts. You will then learn about the Andean weaving process, including wool preparation, natural dyeing, design, and weaving techniques.
