About Nagpur
Nagpur, in central Maharashtra, is the Orange City, at the geographic centre of India, with a Buddhist monument and tiger reserves within a day's drive.
Nagpur sits on the Deccan plateau in the Vidarbha region, and a stone pillar at the Zero Mile Marker in the city once marked the centre of India for British surveyors.
