About Chandigarh
Chandigarh is a planned city below the Shivalik hills, laid out by Le Corbusier, with a World Heritage capitol complex and a garden of found art.
Chandigarh was planned in the 1950s as the capital of Punjab after Partition, and it is also the capital of Haryana.
