This excursion is a must for guests visiting Boavista from July to October!! Starting in November, we offer the tour to see slipperies and bring them into the water, so save them from their enemies the crab! We conduct the excursion in a small group. and each guest will see the entire process of laying eggs. In addition, each participant has enough time to take photos and/or film. Sal Rei is the small main town of Boa Vista, a flat, dry Cape Verde island of white-sand beaches, dunes and nesting loggerhead turtles.
Sal Rei is a low, sandy fishing town on the west coast of Boa Vista, one of the eastern islands of Cape Verde, off West Africa. Pastel-coloured houses front a sheltered bay, with a small islet just offshore topped by an old fort, and a few streets of cafés and shops. The island is flat and desert-like, with sandy plains and low volcanic hills.
