Gnocchi and Fresh Pasta Making Class with Mama Florence

At Mama Florence, our Gnocchi & Fresh Pasta Cooking Class captures the authentic warmth and joy of Italian home cooking — right in the heart of Florence. What makes it truly unique is the combination of hands-on learning, professional culinary guidance, and a deep connection to Tuscan tradition. You won’t just follow a recipe — you’ll feel the texture of the dough, learn the chef’s secrets for perfect pillowy gnocchi, and discover how to pair sauces like a true Italian. The experience takes place in our beautiful, fully equipped Gullo kitchen, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and welcoming. Each class ends with a shared meal around the table, enjoying the dishes you’ve prepared paired with fine Italian wines — just like a real Italian family lunch. It’s more than a class; it’s a taste of Italian life, where cooking, stories, and laughter come together in one unforgettable experience.
