The introduction session will take approximately 4 hours. This is partly theory about diving, the dangers and how to dive safely. After this theory session you'll go to the tugboat dive spot or dive at Caracasbaai with the possibility of Turtles. This is open water, but the first part is defined as confined water. When everybody is comfortable, you'll descend one by one to work on equalization and to perform the exercises. After this is all done there is a dive tour to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

5Exceptional service
This was my fourth time diving, I seem to get just as nervous as the first time. Hans is very knowledgeable and provided additional education, he is patient and kind, he was with me every step of the way, while allowing me to take my time as needed. Thank you Hans!!
5Highly recommended to beginners and experienced divers!
I started with a refresher dive with Bram and then completed my SSI Open Water Diver certification with Curios2Dive. Along the way we did a night dive, a fish ID dive, and several other great dives. Bram and Hans are fantastic instructors! I felt safe at every moment, and everything was professionally and reliably organized from start to finish. It was clear how much care they put into every dive. Another big plus: Curios2Dive is one of the few dive schools in Curaçao that is officially certified, and that's something you should really look out for when choosing where to dive. I'll happily come back and can highly recommend Curios2Dive to beginners and experienced divers alike. Thank you both for an unforgettable experience! 🤿🐠
5Amazing!!
Incredible experience and lovely warm team! We didn’t have in our plans to go diving for the 1st time today, but we walk past the shop to ask for their availability and they immediately found a spot for us in the same day.
5Best diving shop on Curacao!
Great staff at Curious2Dive, it was a pleasure to enjoy all the dives with Hans & Nick!
5Best Dive in Curaçao
Best dive you can have in Curaçao ! Hans is very helpful if you are a novice diver, this is the instructor you are looking for. We had the chance to see the sea turtles with Hans today ! Thank you Hans We will get back to you soon.
5Fun diving experience for beginners!
This was our first time scuba diving and we were so glad we did it with CURious2DIVE! Our guide was great, we had a small group of only four people and we always felt safe and looked after. Crystal clear waters, we saw tons of fish, eels, and even a sea turtle! Ample free parking at the meeting point. Our experience only ended up being about 2.5 hours total as opposed to the 4 that Viator stated, but this is likely because we had such a small group and we would’ve needed to refill our tanks if we stayed in the water longer. Love that they send you all of the pictures afterwards for free, it was the best souvenir for our trip. Highly recommend!!
Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao, is a Caribbean port of pastel Dutch gabled houses, a floating bridge and a UNESCO-listed old town.
Willemstad is built around St Anna Bay, the inlet that splits the town into Punda and Otrobanda. Rows of pastel merchants' houses in Dutch colonial style line the Handelskade waterfront, and a pontoon footbridge, the Queen Emma Bridge, swings open for ships. The historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Mikvé Israel-Emanuel synagogue, with its sand floor, is among the oldest in the Americas.
Top-ranked sights in Willemstad: Kokomo Beach, Blue Bay Beach.
