The family Rastelli produces cheese every day, with the milk of the cows from their own stable. The family manages the entire process from birth of calves up to milking and processing of raw milk, and takes care of it also marketing. About Amalfi

Amalfi is a steep seaside town on Italy's Amalfi Coast, once a powerful medieval maritime republic, with a striped cathedral and lemon terraces above.

Amalfi tumbles down a narrow gorge to a small harbour.
