The Trulli, made with local stone, are rural buildings, built with a technique dating back to prehistoric times and still used in this region. Rione Monti- monumental area. In this part, the guide will lead you into the magic of this place, visiting the "Siamese trullo", the smallest trullo of Alberobello and other characteristic beauties of this place, such as the church of Sant 'Antonio - the only church in the shape of a trullo. Upon request a tasting of taralli, cheeses, spirits and wine can be added. The tasting is in a 1700 trullo antiquo.
After meeting with the guide, you will begin the walk in the historic part of Alberobello. Rione Aia Piccola will be the first part of the view. In this area, the guide will take you through the characteristic streets, taking you to visit the heart of this magnificent place, thus visiting the oldest trulli, the 2 lookout points, the house of the Count of Conversano, from where it all began. We continue with many other attractions, including the first house that was built after the official recognition of the city by Ferdinand IV, king of Naples, therefore the symbol of the rebirth of this city.

Alberobello and Locorotondo are two white hill towns in Puglia's Itria Valley, known for cone-roofed trulli and a round, whitewashed old centre.
Alberobello is a town of trulli, round dry-stone houses with conical grey roofs, built without mortar. More than a thousand of them are packed into the Rione Monti and Aia Piccola districts, which are on UNESCO's World Heritage list. Some trulli are now shops and cafés, one is a church, and the two-storey Trullo Sovrano is a small museum.
