Tokyo Sushi Making Class with Trained Master

Tokyo Sushi Making Class with Trained Master Why choose us? Elevate your skills by learning directly from a certified, traditionally trained Sushi Master. This exclusive experience is not a hobby class; it is an immersion into the discipline and precision of authentic Edomae sushi. Our Master has completed years of professional training, guaranteeing instruction on techniques rarely taught to non-apprentices. You will master the two most crucial elements: the meticulous preparation and seasoning of Shari (sushi rice), and the precision required to form perfect Nigiri (rice mounds and fish placement). The small-group setting ensures personalized, hands-on feedback from the artisan throughout the process. Conclude your session by dining on the exquisite, authentic sushi you crafted. Learn the true art and philosophy behind Japan's most celebrated cuisine.
