• 5An amazing cooking class that was entertaining, informative in the heart of Tuscany

  My husband and I attended Chef Simone's cooking class with a group of other tourists. The class was hands-on, informative and a lot of fun. We enjoyed the chef's teaching style and the entire group had fun. We learned how to make spinach and cheese ravioli and tiramisu. We got to know the other class members and enjoy the results of our work as a group Tuscan lunch outdoors with an amazing view. The location and atmosphere was amazing. Fabulous experience.

• 5Very fun experience in a Tuscany farmhouse

  This was exactly what I pictured when I thought of a cooking class in Tuscany. Simone was a fantastic host and teacher. The setting is in a vintage Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by vineyards. Simone is very warm and made the whole experience very fun and relaxed. Highly recommend!

  Book this class!! Simone was the best teacher and so knowledgeable. The class was intimate and you got to know everyone you were with, the food we made was amazing! Great views, great wine. You will not be disappointed

• 5Highlight of our trip

  One of the best highlights of our trip. Simone was welcoming and personable. His instructions were easy to follow and our final recipes were delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Siena. Best ravioli with truffles and tirimisu. Can't wait to practice at home.

• 5Amazing time. We...

  Amazing time. We accidentally arrived 50mins early and our host didn’t mind a bit. He took my wife and I to the back yard and gave us beer from his personal supply and talked a while. The view was sensational. When everyone arrived we went into the room where the class was held. Our instructor made everyone feel relaxed and answered any questions that came up. After we made the pasta we had a small break to drink Chianti or beer and to get to know other people in the class. Then we made tiramisu. After that we had lunch which consisted of bruschetta, the pasta we made and finally the tiramisu. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

About Siena

Siena is a medieval Tuscan hill city of red-brown brick, known for its shell-shaped main square, its striped cathedral and the twice-yearly Palio.

Siena was Florence's great rival in the Middle Ages, and its historic centre, a UNESCO site, still looks much as it did then. Il Campo, the shell-shaped square, slopes down to the Palazzo Pubblico and its slender tower, the Torre del Mangia. The cathedral, striped in white and dark green marble, has a pavement of inlaid scenes and a library of painted manuscripts.
