This family winery produces small quantities of Super Premium organic wine (40.000 bottles per year) with ecological methods in the vineyards and in the winery, certified by Organización Internacional Agropecuaria. Pulmary is equipped with small concrete tanks for the production of high quality red wines in underground cellar that offers ideal temperature and humidity throughout the year for the storage of barrels and bottle aging. Long fermentations and long macerations to obtain concentrate wines with high tipicity and good tannins, makes the personality of the winery. This stop is 90 minutes long. About Mendoza
