Explore the surroundings of Huatulco with a visit to one of the most mysterious places called San José del Pacifico, a place hidden between clouds and mountains with a cold climate and spectacular landscapes of sunsets and sunrises. Enjoy a walk between the clouds and a forest in the Sierra Sur Mountains of Oaxaca, to later live the experience of a pre-Hispanic temazcal for 2 hours. Huatulco is a planned resort on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, developed from the 1980s along a series of nine bays with sheltered beaches and clear water. Behind the coast lie the foothills of the Sierra Madre del Sur. Santa Cruz Bay, the main one, has a marina, a small waterfront of restaurants and a pier where cruise ships dock, while Tangolunda Bay is the resort and golf area.
