하이라이트

This is not a restaurant demonstration — it is a genuine family experience where recipes are passed down through generations. your plov is prepared over an open flame in a traditional kazan, using fresh village ingredients, natural spices, hand-cut carrots, quality rice, and locally sourced meat. The secret lies in the balance of flavors and slow cooking method that creates a rich aroma and unforgettable taste you cannot find in the city. You will not only cook but also learn the cultural meaning of plov in Uzbek hospitality — why it is served at weddings, celebrations, and family gatherings. After cooking together, we sit around the table like a real Uzbek family and enjoy the meal with fresh salads and homemade bread. This experience offers authentic village atmosphere, warm hospitality, and a truly unique flavor of Uzbekistan.
