About Bled
Bled, in the Julian Alps of Slovenia, is a lakeside resort with a clifftop castle and a small island church reached by wooden boat.
Lake Bled is a glacial lake set among forested hills, with the peaks of the Julian Alps and the long ridge of the Karawanks behind.
