Private Tour From St Pierre Martinique

Departing from Saint-Pierre, set out on a private journey through the landscapes and fascinating heritage of northern Martinique. Accompanied by your private guide, discover a side of the island shaped by volcanoes, centuries of history and more. Begin with a panoramic exploration of Saint-Pierre, once known as the “Paris of the Caribbean” before the devastating eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902. Continue along the scenic northern roads towards the foothills of Mount Pelée, taking in lush tropical landscapes, plantations and small villages along the way. Depending on your interests and weather conditions, your guide will select the most scenic viewpoints and stops to give you a deeper insight into this remarkable region. The experience can also include a stop at a local rum distillery or heritage estate, where you can discover the traditions behind Martinique’s famous rhum agricole and the agricultural heritage of the North.
