5Great surf lesson with good vibes
Extreme center’s crew were super friendly and professional, they gave us a great surf lesson with good vibes all throughout and great guidance which helped us improve our surfing skills greatly!

We had a 90-minute surf lesson and were very happy with the experience. Our instructor paid close attention to our individual surfing level. The video analysis included in the lesson was particularly helpful, as it allowed us to review our own surfing and work specifically on improving our technique. We felt well supported throughout the session and had a lot of fun. We can highly recommend this surf school.
5Best time with Sami and Tequila !!
Could not recommend these guys more! We had the best time surfing with Sami - amazing value over a few days, top class equipment, learnt and improved so much. Shout out to Tequila the surfing dog! Will definitely come back here. Thank you so much.
5Hansel lead us on an amazing animal filled ATV tour!
My husband and daughters took a surf lesson and had amazing time, both girls (age 15&18) got up and surfed several times after just 1 lesson and said it was so much fun! Then the next day we took an ATV tour led by Hansel and had another amazing experience. Hansel made sure we saw animals as we had hoped. we would! We saw a huge iguana, a whole family of monkeys, and a guanati (Coati). We also had so much fun at Montezema falls. Hansel brought cold coconuts and watermelon for snacks during our 5 hour tour and also found a great place for us to have lunch that was delicious. We loved our day with Hansel, highest recommendation!
5Great First Time!
My girlfriend and I had the private surflesson. First the instructor gave us some instructions on the beach. Then we went in the water. There was a lot of help and attention. It was great! We had a lot of fun.

About Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is a surf village on the Pacific side of Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, a long strip of beach breaks, forest and sunsets.
Santa Teresa stretches for several kilometres along a single road behind a wide beach on the southern part of the Nicoya Peninsula, in Costa Rica's Puntarenas province. Steady beach breaks have made it a surfing base, and the neighbouring village of Mal País shares the same coast. Forest runs down almost to the sand, the beach faces west for sunsets, and tide pools appear among the rocks at low water.
