If so, then join this 3-hour private cooking class where your instructor/host will explain what gets added where and when as you cook Indian food. Learn five dishes and their accompaniments, including fish, chicken, Paneer, Parthas, and sweet dish - Kheer. This hands-on experience includes all the necessary ingredients as well as a souvenir recipe booklet and a small box with most of the spices to take home as a souvenir.
