We'll also stop at the Monastery of Agios Dionysios and have lunch in Litochoro, a charming town at the mountain's base.

About Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki, Greece's second city, is a Byzantine and Ottoman port on the Aegean, with a waterfront tower, Roman monuments and excellent street food.
