The mansion of the Ceausescu family was built in 1968 and has lots of styles mixed. Find out the golden bathroom and the amazing swimming pool, all the art objects which are still the original ones. Despite the cruel life of Romanians, the dictator had everything. The communism was good only for the common people, not for communists themselves.
The largest square of Bucharest. We`ll stop here to take some pictures of the majestic Parliament Palace.
Another beautiful landmark of the capital. Here we have the large fountains restored in 2018 by authorities. Now during summer, they are lightened with different colors and the water is playing music, like in Barcelona.
Sutu Palace is in University Square. The Palace is the museum of Bucharest City. The square is famous for The University of Bucharest, Coltea Hospital, the Agriculture Minister of Romania, and The National Theatre of Romania.
Romana Square is popular and known as the student center of the city. Here we have The Economical Study Academy. Our guide will tell you the legend of the Dome.
We`ll pass by The Government Building from Victory Square.
The Arch of Triumph is an important landmark of Bucharest marking the victory of Romanian troops against the Ottoman Empire which gained our freedom and independence. This was built in 1878 by King Carol 1st of Romania.
Victory Avenue is the first street built in Bucharest by the ruler Constantin Brancoveanu, and today the most important shopping avenue. On this avenue, we have the most important museums and you can discover the Belle Epoque style of the mansions. Bucharest is known as the Little Paris of SE Europe.
Revolution Square is the place where the Romanians started the fight against communists in December 1989. Here we have The Royal Palace of Romania, now The National Art Gallery, The Romanian Atheneum Hall - the biggest concert hall in Bucharest known for the George Enescu Festival, The Central Library of University Carol 1st built in eclectic style, Cretulescu Church built in the 18th century, the former Communist Committee Party building from where Ceausescu fled away by helicopter, The Monument of Rebirth built in the memory of the Romanians which died at the revolution from 1989.

About Bucharest
Belle-époque boulevards, Orthodox churches and communist-era monuments meet around a busy old town in Bucharest, Romania's capital.
The vast Palace of the Parliament, among the largest administrative buildings in the world, dominates the centre as a striking legacy of the Ceaușescu era. Calea Victoriei, the grand avenue, leads past the domed Romanian Athenaeum concert hall, the former Royal Palace that houses the National Museum of Art, and Revolution Square, where the events of 1989 unfolded.
Top-ranked sights in Bucharest: Palace of Parliament (Palatul Parlamentului), Revolution Square (Piata Revolutiei), Arcul de Triumf (Arch of Triumph).
