Get ready to climb! Our 1-hour session will start with a Top Rope climbing introduction. A qualified instructor will lead you through the basics of indoor climbing, keeping you safe at all times. Don t worry about equipment - everything you need is included in the price. Just show up and start climbing! Important note due to safety reasons, our minimum age for taster sessions is 6 years old.

5A Fantastic First Climbing Experience at Rock & Rapid
We visited Rock & Rapid for the first time today and we were not disappointed! We booked the Indoor Climbing Taster Session for four children, which was led by Karl. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The session completely exceeded our expectations. All four children were straight up to the top without any fear, and Karl was fantastic throughout. He made sure the session was safe while also making it really fun and enjoyable for the children. He gave them lots of encouragement, helpful tips and guidance, especially when they reached the more challenging sections, which really helped build their confidence. We had such a brilliant time and will definitely be back. We’re already looking into memberships! A huge thank you to Karl for making their first climbing experience such a positive one!

Rock and Rapid Adventure is a hidden gem! We booked a family climbing taster session, myself and my husband thought “what are we doing, we should have left this to the kids” but we all had a fantastic time and so glad we took part! Karl led our session, he was very encouraging especially when he could see my daughter was a little sad as she couldn’t get as high as the others, he soon had her laughing and believing she could do it! All instructors we interacted with had a great sense of humour and made the whole experience so much fun, we will be back!

5Rock and rapid south molton
There were lots of different climbs even with 10ish people in an hour lovely instructor and overall an enjoyable experience would definitely recommend.
