We are a conservation space, where primary and secondary forests mix, surrounding a small coffee plantation. In this space, you can live the experience of a nocturnal adventure, walking along the trails in search of nocturnal wildlife, which waits at dusk to emerge. This experience gives you the possibility of going in search of this nightlife through small groups of less than 8 people (they are not private), guided by a guide who leads the group and knows every corner of the property. . About Monteverde
Monteverde is a mountain community in Costa Rica's cloud forest, known for misty reserves, hanging bridges, birdlife and coffee farms.
Monteverde is a scattering of farms and small villages on the Tilarán Mountains, around 1,400 metres up, where moist winds from the Caribbean wrap the ridge in cloud. Quaker families from the United States settled here in the 1950s and began dairy farming, and they helped protect the forest above. The Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve and the neighbouring Santa Elena Reserve preserve mossy trees, ferns, orchids and hanging vines.
