Pickup from hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, drive to Marble Mountain (in Da Nang), discover the stunning Âm Phủ cave inside Marble Mountain with your local guide to learn how Vietnamese soldiers used to hide and fight in the wars. The cave was also a secret hospital to save wounded soldiers. Walk 150 steps or take the elevator to the peak of Marble Mountain. A knowledgeable guide will show you the best highlights so you don't have to spend too much energy but still see the hidden beauty that most people miss. You will admire the rustic charms of historical pagodas, Buddhist statues, and shrines, which are a few centuries old. Local believers and monks pray here often. You will learn interesting local beliefs and Buddhism.
Continue to explore Marble Mountain, and enjoy the river views and ocean breeze at various points. Visit the huge Heaven Cave, you will take in the beauty of natural limestone formations. Take pictures with rustic statues of Lady Buddha, Happy Buddha... Visit the 500-year-old Carving Village to see amazing marble sculptures made by local people at the foot of Marble Mountain.
We then drive along Da Nang coast to MONKEY MOUNTAIN (Also known as Son Tra peninsula). You'll take in amazing views of Da Nang city, Pacific Ocean, Cham islands, endless beaches, hundreds of fishing boats... You'll see common Macaque monkeys... IF LUCKY, you'll see the rare & endangered colorful red-shanked douc langur monkeys.
At half way of Monkey Mountain, we spend a short while to visit the giant Lady Buddha Statue, standing at 68 meters 233 feet tall. She smiles upon the fishing village and blesses local people while fishing in the deep sea. There are beautiful flower and bonsai gardens, and viewpoints to capture amazing snap-shots of Da Nang city and its beaches.
After spending a morning or afternoon visiting Marble Mountain, Monkey Mountain, and the Lady Buddha statue, we will have a delicious Vietnamese lunch or dinner with our local team in a nice restaurant. PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 options, please check and choose when booking: + Tour with lunch lasts 5,5 hours - at a higher price. + Tour without lunch lasts 4,5 hours - at a lower price. After a tasty meal, we will take you back to your hotel either in Hoi An or Danang or drop you off at Danang Airport.

5Tour with mr Kha and mr Tam
It was a fantastic experience! Our tour started one hour earlier at our request, and they were more than happy to accommodate us without any hesitation. We visited the Marble Mountains, the Monkey Mountains, and finally the Lady Buddha. Along the way, we made several stops by car to take lots of photos and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our communication with our guide, Kha, was excellent. He spoke fluent English and was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. We would also like to say a big thank you to our driver, Tam, for making the experience even more enjoyable. Kha and Tam are truly one of the best guide-and-driver teams! Thank you both for everything and for making our day so memorable. We highly recommend them!
5Tour with Mr. Kha and Mr. Tam
We had an absolutely wonderful tour with our guide, Mr. Kha, and our driver, Mr. Tam. It was truly an incredible experience. We visited the Marble Mountains, Monkey Mountain, and the Lady Buddha statue. Our guide was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, informative, and cheerful. The same goes for our driver, who was also very friendly and professional. We were truly happy to share part of our day with them. A special thank you to Mr. Kha for taking so many beautiful photos of us at all the amazing places we visited. He went above and beyond to make sure we had wonderful memories to take home with us. Thank you, Mr. Kha and Mr. Tam, for such a fantastic and memorable day! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam and especially Da Nang / Hoi An .
5An amazing tour with good people!
We had an amazing tour with Kha as our guide. The price was well worth it, it was good to have an in-depth private tour and learn about Vietnamese history and culture. The lunch at the end was delicious and we were definitely full by the end! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good tour around De Nang!

Our guide Kha was incredibly kind and generous throughout the entire tour. He took us to several wonderful stops, made us feel completely welcome, and was friendly and attentive the whole time. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend him!

A fantastic morning visiting marble mountain and monkey mountain. Highly recommend even though it was not on my list of places to visit. Kha was again a fabulous host !

About Da Nang
Da Nang is a breezy coastal city in central Vietnam, with long sandy beaches, the Marble Mountains and misty hill stations close at hand.
