As the vessel is on open ocean, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water without assistance.

The boat we cook on has very limited storage space, so notification of food intolerances on the day is unlikely to be able to be accommodated, as logistics are planned in advance”

Mandurah is a waterside city 65 km south of Perth, built around the Peel-Harvey Estuary, with canals, dolphins and long ocean beaches.

Mandurah sits where the Peel-Harvey Estuary meets the Indian Ocean, about 65 km south of Perth and linked to it by a railway line. Its waterfront wraps around a marina and housing canals, with cafés, a foreshore promenade and boats at every jetty.
