A guided food tour to discover Lugano’s historic center while sampling a variety of delicious tastings.
You will meet your guide outside the Church of Santa Maria degli Angioli, built at the end of the XV century. The ancient church houses one of the great masterpieces of the early Renaissance: the fresco of Leonardo's disciple, Bernardino Luini, who began his artistic career at the the Chiaravalle Abbey, in Lombardy.
It's the largest cultural center in the city of Lugano focused on artistic production and the meeting between the arts, with attention to theatre, music and visual arts.

Admire the white marble XVI century facade of the Roman Catholic cathedral dedicated to Saint Lawrence in Lugano.
Before visiting Parco Ciani, where art and nature merge among century-old trees, statues, and the elegant Villa Ciani, you will stroll along Via Nassa (one of the world's most exclusive luxury streets of Lugano with its 270 metres of covered arcades, boutiques and jewelry stores) and Via Pessina (a favorite place where foodies can shop at traditional markets and enjoy authentic gastronomic specialties at historic cafes and restaurants).

About Lugano
Lugano is a lakeside city in Italian-speaking Switzerland, with palm-lined promenades, arcaded squares and mountains rising straight from the water.
Lugano lies on the shore of Lake Lugano in the Ticino canton, where the language is Italian and the climate is mild enough for palms and camellias.
