일정
Famous for housing the Goei-do, which stands as one of the largest wooden buildings on the planet. Its reconstruction in the 19th century is legendary for the "Hair Ropes"—colossal cables woven from the hair of thousands of devotees to haul the temple's heavy timber. Despite its proximity to the bustling Kyoto Station, the temple offers a serene, open atmosphere. Walking approximately 400m each way.
Famous for its lines of torii gates. It is the head shrine of 30,000 sub-shrines across Japan dedicated to Inari, the Shinto deity of rice, sake, and prosperity. It is believed that foxes carry messages from humans to the rice deity. This includes a walk through the Sando area, on the way to the train station that will take you to the next vibrant traditional Kyoto location on the itinerary. Walking approximately 1000m each way.
Gion is Kyoto’s most iconic geisha district, a historic neighborhood of lantern-lit wooden machiya townhouses and exclusive teahouses. It remains the primary center for geiko and maiko (apprentice geisha), who can often be seen in the evenings gracefully moving between appointments along the flagstone paths of Hanamikoji Street. Walking approximately 800m.
Known as "Kyoto’s Kitchen," Nishiki Market is a vibrant, five-block-long covered arcade that has served as the city's primary culinary hub for over 400 years. The narrow passageway is packed with more than 100 stalls specializing in traditional Kyoto delicacies, (with an attached shotengai selling unique and traditional goods). Walking approximately 1000m each way.
This attraction is only available for the 9-hour tour. Niomon (Deva Gate) is a bright red main entrance gate standing at the top of the main stairs. Three-Story Pagoda - you can walk right up to and photograph the iconic 31-meter-high vermilion pagoda from the outside free of charge. Bell Tower & Sutra Hall: Historic auxiliary buildings visible along the free-access outer paths. Located at the base of the main hall area, is a famous three-stream waterfall where visitors drink for health, longevity, or success is accessible for free. There is only a 500 JPY adult admission fee when you pass the ticket barrier to access the main hall's wooden stage and the inner sanctuary. The approach streets, Niomon gate, three-story pagoda, and the lower precincts is free to visit. Walking approximately 1500m each way.

About Kobe
Kobe is a port city on Osaka Bay, set between the sea and the Rokko mountains, known for its beef, foreign-style hillside houses and hot springs.
Kobe is a long, narrow city squeezed between Osaka Bay and the Rokko Mountains, which rise steeply behind it. It opened as a treaty port in 1868, and its foreign merchants left a hillside district, Kitano, of European-style mansions, churches and cafés. Nankinmachi is a compact Chinatown. At the harbour, the red Port Tower and the Meriken Park waterfront look out over the bay.
