5Great experience for first timers!
My family & I had a great experience with Chrystal’s horses! This was our first time riding & we were very comfortable. The views were amazing. Definitely worth the price especially for the length of time we were able to ride. Would definitely book again!

5A dream come true
Chrystal went above and beyond when we missed our meet up! She accommodated us needing food and restroom break. The horses were perfect for inexperienced rider and the scenery was beautiful! Anyone thinking about booking with Desert Trails, do it!

1Missed experience no resolution
We did not get to participate in the beach horseback riding as we missed our shuttle. There was no taxi or other transportation available to get to the location and although the website states there are two pick up times the operator communicates that this was not true. We walked around Ensenada for two hours trying to find transportation to the location without success. Even the tour operator could not reach a taxi service to get us there. I was hoping for at least a partial refund as we paid for the experience and shuttle but it was declined. We did not partition either the shuttle or riding experience.

Crystal was great. The horses were beautiful and well mannered. I had a blast. I would recommend to anyone, even if you haven't rode before.
