Our guided side-by-side tours provide access to some of Cape Breton’s most spectacular backcountry scenery without the need for extensive walking or hiking. We have an accessible washroom at our base camp and are able to transport a wheelchair or adult stroller in the cargo area of our side-by-side to help accommodate guests' needs. About Cape Breton Island
Cape Breton Island, the northern part of Nova Scotia, is a rugged island of highlands, ocean cliffs and lakes, with strong Gaelic and Acadian roots.
Cape Breton Island forms the north-eastern part of Nova Scotia, joined to the mainland by the Canso Causeway. At its centre lies Bras d'Or Lake, a large inland sea of sheltered coves, and its northern plateau is protected as Cape Breton Highlands National Park, where the Cabot Trail loops along cliffs and over mountains above the Gulf of St Lawrence and the Atlantic.
