The Santa Monica Pier has a variety of amusement park rides, games, and food options to choose from.

The 928 foot long pier is a wonderful spot to get close views into the ocean without having to go into it. It will showcase the surrounding scenic beach views and be able to view the Palos Verdes hillside.
