The experience will take place in this way: You will meet with Lorenzo, our chef directly at the crime scene! The kitchen. Here you will begin to prepare your handmade pasta, ravioli or scialatielli, with the help of Lorenzo who, through his expert hands, will explain to you the movements for making a good pasta, starting with its ingredients: water and flour.
