Another non-traditional way of being able to visit this route is with the Maras Moray Bicycle Tour, for those who seek to get out of the traditional visits and enjoy the air and exercise their bodies. The Moray Archaeological Complex is located 7 km southwest of Maras. It is currently known for a set of huge terraces that overlap concentrically in a gigantic hole. Formerly, these beautiful terraces served in Inca times as an agricultural laboratory. Salineras or “Minas de Sal”, known as Salineras. currently exploited by the company where the salt for the grills is produced.
