1. As main museum of Ethiopia, it offers a perfect introduction to the history and culture of Ethiopia. The museum incorporates ethnological entities from across the country, amazing contemporary paintings, and the famous oldest hominid Skeleton, Lucy - in the archaeological part of the museum. It tries to represent Ethiopia from all angle. Please Note: This museum is closed on Mondays, but it will not affect the overall experience as we can improvise and show you another museum like Ethnological Museum, Addis Ababa museum, based on your choice.

2. The highest point near Addis Ababa, Entoto Mountain offers almost panoramic view of the vibrant Addis Ababa. We will walk through the forest, mainly Eucalyptus tree mixed with Junipers and other indigenous trees.

  Gashew was brilliant. He was super welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. We had a great tour around Addis, learned lots about the city and the country’s heritage, and had a great day out. We would highly recommend this tour! (We did a full day tour wasn’t an option to choose in the reviews)

  Had a good experience Gashaw was very knowledgeable, showed around the city, gave good explanation of the history behind. Within a few hours I was able to get a good glimpse of the city. I would strongly recommend them.

  I had an excellent time with Aspire — I appreciated their flexibility after a delayed flight and jet lag; I really learned a lot from the museum visit. I found the trip to Entoto park a lot of fun! As a solo woman, I was always made to feel safe. I liked the food options too!

About Addis Ababa
