5Soma breathing
Guided Soma breathing at 9.30 on a Sunday morning followed by a sound bath is an excellent way to start the day. It’s very comfortable and as we are guided through the session the stress of the week melt away. Highly recommended
5Refreshing and relaxing
A lovely experience, the venue was lovely and and the lady was lovely and explained everything, we were offered a tea and there was water too, it was comfortable and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed and we met some lovely people, would highly recommend 😊
5Bliss
Experienced a sound bath at the Soul Spa last Sunday, absolute bliss… It’s a very relaxing environment, mats, pillows and eye masks are provided which a huge bonus as we were doing other stuff in Bath after so didn’t have to carry it around… It was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely return. I would also like to try some of the messages and therapies next time I visit Bath… good value too.
4Very relaxing experience!!!
It was sooooo good. Very relaxing and much needed. The venue could do with updating, but once you start the experience, it is amazing. Maybe move the water and cups from the floor, if offering to clients.
5Calm Kind Reflective Time.
Wonderful wonderful experience at a very reasonable cost. The space itself is calm&wondrous & I was made to feel exceptionally welcome & cared for. I would recommend this foe anybody who needs calm kind reflective time.
5New experience
This was a new experience for me and I was open minded in giving it a go. It was very therapeutic and relaxing. The hour session I had it did release tension in my neck and back. The guided meditation did send .me into a light sleep with steady breathing. The atmosphere was tranquil and the chair comfortable. The eye mask helps as you focus more with your hearing on the guided meditation and acoustic tones of the bowls. Enjoyed first time.

About Bath
Bath, in the west of England, is a Georgian spa city of honey-coloured stone, built around natural hot springs first used by the Romans.
Bath's hot springs were first enclosed by the Romans, who built a temple and bathhouse complex here in the first century, now the Roman Baths museum beside Bath Abbey. In the eighteenth century the city rebuilt itself as a fashionable spa in pale local limestone, and the terraces and crescents designed by John Wood the Elder and the Younger, including the Circus and the Royal Crescent, give it its look. The whole city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
