On this tour, passengers will be able to appreciate the natural beauty of the Perito Moreno Glacier and its surroundings, in a pleasant and familiar environment accompanied by certified guides, who will provide them with information about Glaciers and their stories. A tour that leaves from the door of your hotel in vehicles adapted to circulate in Patagonia. When arriving at the footbridges, the passengers have the freedom to follow the path that best suits each one. The paths will be detailed by the guide, informing them of their difficulties. After a pleasant afternoon, the passengers meet the guide at a meeting point and we begin the return to the hotel where we pick them up.

We leave from the city of El Calafate towards the "Los Glaciares National Park". Once on board the bus, together with a guide authorized by "National Parks", we face the route to the Moreno Glacier Section of the National Park on a 80km route and upon arrival they will have 3 hours free to walk the catwalks. During the journey -both inside and outside the National Park- we make different stops 1) Viewpoint to contemplate the Argentino Lake, the Patagonian Steppe, the local flora and fauna, the Patagonian Andean Forest here about 15 minutes at no extra cost 2) Viewpoint of the Perito Moreno Glacier here about 20 minutes at no extra cost. In turn, the guide will provide us with information about the environment, history and mysticism of this unique Glacier. 3) Inside the Pasarelas park in front of the Glacier 3 hours. time to walk freely -without a guide-, until the agreed meeting time with the guide to start the return to El Calafate. You have to pay entrance to the park

About El Calafate

El Calafate is a small Patagonian town on the shore of Lago Argentino, the base for the Perito Moreno Glacier and Los Glaciares National Park.

El Calafate lies on the south shore of Lago Argentino, a milky turquoise lake fed by glacial meltwater, with the Andes on the western horizon. The town is named after the calafate, a thorny shrub with dark berries, and a local saying promises that anyone who eats them will return to Patagonia. It was founded in the 1920s to serve the surrounding sheep estancias and now exists chiefly as the gateway to Los Glaciares National Park.
