• - All drivers who were born on or after Jan 1st 1988 must complete a boaters course.
• - Operating a boat of 10 HP or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater education examination, unless riding as a passenger.
• - Must be 14 years old to operate accompanied by someone who is 18 or older must be on the ski.
• - Must be 18 years old to rent jet ski equipment
• - All riders must sign their own/separate waiver form.
• - 2 people maximum per ski.
