Explore Calaficarra by Stand Up Paddle Boarding

See Maratea from its most captivating perspective—the sea. Glide across clear water on a guided stand-up paddleboard experience that reveals the wild beauty of Basilicata’s coastline, from dramatic rock formations to quiet coves and hidden marine corners. No previous experience is required. The tour is suitable for first-time paddlers and beginners, with an instructor providing clear guidance and support throughout the activity so you can enjoy the experience at a comfortable pace. Choose a 1-, 2- or 3-hour option depending on how much of the coast you want to explore, with longer tours offering more time to reach secluded spots and take in the scenery. This peaceful, motor-free adventure combines light activity, nature and relaxation, making it a great choice for couples, families and travellers looking for an original way to experience Maratea away from the crowds.
