At 9:00 am, your tour guide will pick you up from your Xi’an downtown hotel to start the full –day trip. After approx. 1 hour driving, you will reach the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is the landmark and top attraction in Xi’an and the first place on all traveler’s itinerary. There you will have enough time to explore the pits tagged in the order of their discoveries, learn the history of China’s first Emperor and be amazed by the amazing life-size Terracotta figures. Later you will have lunch in a nice local restaurant. Then you can choose your preferred two more sites to visit, like 1. City Wall 2. Big Wild Goose Pagoda 3. Shaanxi History Museum 4. Bell & Drum Tower, 5. Muslim Quarter 6. Great Mosque 7. Gao's Grand Courtyard 8. Small Wild Goose Pagoda 9. Forest of Stone Steles Museum; Or you may choose the one site of Han Yang Ling Museum in the afternoon. Afterwards, the guide will transfer you back to the hotel to finish the trip.

About Xian
Xi'an, capital of many Chinese dynasties and the start of the Silk Road, is home to the Terracotta Army and intact Ming city walls.
The Terracotta Army, found by farmers digging a well in 1974, stands in vast pits outside the city: thousands of life-size clay warriors, horses and chariots buried to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huang, China's first emperor. Each figure has its own face, and the scale is staggering.
