About Palermo

Palermo, capital of Sicily, is a port city of Arab-Norman palaces, gilded mosaics, baroque crossroads and street food.

Palermo was founded by the Phoenicians and later ruled by Arabs, Normans and Spaniards, and the layers show in its buildings.
