This is not a typical candle-making class. Travelers create a candle that looks like a real dessert — colorful, layered, playful, and almost good enough to eat. The workshop takes place inside The Art Lab, a cozy local creative studio in Gazi, one of Athens’ most vibrant neighborhoods. Instead of following one fixed design, each traveler can personalize their candle with their own colors, scent, layers, and decorative wax “toppings.” It’s beginner-friendly, relaxed, and highly visual, making it perfect for travelers who want a creative break from sightseeing, beautiful photos, and a unique handmade souvenir to take home from Athens.
