Cooking Class traditional food

You will be welcomed into our home with open arms, where Patricia will guide you step by step through the preparation of traditional Romanian dishes, using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. This is not a formal cooking school, but a warm and personal experience where guests cook together, share stories, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a real Romanian home. During the experience, you will prepare and enjoy a traditional Romanian menu that includes a local appetizer, bulz (a rustic dish made with polenta and cheese), and the famous Romanian dessert, papanasi, served together with traditional Romanian drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Guests often describe the experience as feeling like visiting friends, combining cooking, conversation, and genuine hospitality.
